Role Overview
As an Administrative Assistant with Sparkle Nest Cleaning Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the efficiency of our business. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle client inquiries, provide information about our services, and address any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records related to company operations, including client contracts, invoices, and internal communications.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and service requests for clients, ensuring accurate and timely management of bookings.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring clear and efficient information flow.
Assist with maintaining and updating client databases and other records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree or higher education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
