Role Overview

As a Cleaner with Sparkle Nest Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that our clients' businesses are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial properties.

• Focus on cleaning and maintaining high-traffic areas, including lobbies, conference rooms, and restrooms.

• Handle specialized cleaning tasks as needed, including deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, and windows.

• Dispose of waste and recycling properly, following company procedures and local regulations.

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies effectively. Report any equipment malfunctions or supply needs.

• Provide professional and courteous service, addressing any client requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment and minimize risks.

  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, good organizational and time-management skills.
