Role Overview

As a Cleaner with Sparkle Nest Cleaning Serivcies, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that our clients' homes and businesses are maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service will help us deliver the pristine results our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial spaces.

• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, and windows, as required.

• Manage and dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with environmental and company guidelines.

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely. Report any maintenance or repair needs.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
